Read the terms and conditions of the rental agreement carefully
1. Requirements and Necessary Documents
- Valid driver's license (Category B) and identification are mandatory.
- Rental caravans are permitted to be driven by individuals aged at least 25 with a minimum of 3 years of driving experience.
- The motorhome may only be operated by driver/s specified in the rental agreement.
2. Pricing
The price is calculated on a daily basis, minimum rental period is 4 days, 185€/Day. Discounts are available for longer booking periods.
3. Booking & Payment
- 25% is non-refundable booking fee
- 75% payment 3 days before the rental start date.
In case second the payment is unsuccessful, the reservation will be cancelled and 25% of the payment will not be refunded
4. Security Deposit
Refundable deposit 1000€ is withheld at the beginning of the rental as security in case of damage or defects to the vehicle during the rental period. The motorhome deposit is refunded 2 days after the end of the rental period (These two days are necessary for us to inspect the vehicle's condition). As long as the motorhome is returned in the same condition in which it was delivered. If there is damage or defects to the vehicle, we deduct from the deposit the amount corresponding to the repair of the same. You are required to inform us in writing about any possible damages immediately via WhatsApp (+34 670 508 096). Failure to do so may be considered as concealing damage.
- Inspect the motorhome carefully before picking it up and take note of any damage or defects that it already has.
- Drive the motorhome carefully and responsibly.
- Do not smoke inside
- Park the motorhome in a safe place
- Lock the all the doors and windows while you are away
- Clean the motorhome before returning it.
- Refill the fuel tank (diesel fuel).
- Ensure that the motorhome is returned in the same condition as it was received.
5. Cleaning
- The client is required to keep the motorhome clean during the rental period and upon return.
- Empty the trash bins, wastewater tank, toilet tank.
- Empty the refrigerator.
- An unclean motorhome upon return will result in a penalty of 200€
6.Prohibited Activities
- Smoking is prohibited in the motorhome.
7. Rental Duration
- Rental period 4 days - 6 months
8. Insurance and Liability

9. Pick-Up and Drop-Off
Pick-Up and Drop-Off location is Pozo Izquierdo, Gran Canaria between **10:00-20:00 **
- Inspect the motorhome carefully before picking it up and take note of any damage or defects that it already has.
- Clean the motorhome before returning it
- Refill the fuel tank (diesel fuel).
- Ensure that the motorhome is returned in the same condition as it was received.

12. Maintenance and Repairs
- The motorhome is powered by diesel fuel. Fuel tank is refilled by the time you pick up. If you return the motorhome with a tank that is not full, will result in a penalty of EUR 200
- In case any warning or service light comes on in the motorhome, indicating the need for AdBlue, oil, or other maintenance, the renter must not take action independently. Instead, the renter must immediately contact the rental provider to prevent any breach of the motorhome's warranty
- Procedures for reporting breakdowns and arranging repairs.
13. Cancellation
- If cancelled by the client before the final payment (75%), the client forfeits the booking deposit of 25%.
- Cancellation by the rental provider results in a full refund of 100% of the advance payment.
- If the rental period is interrupted due to reasons such as a vehicle breakdown, we will refund you for the time during which you were unable to use the motor home. However, if the issue is caused by the client, no refund will be provided.
. Travel Restrictions
- You are allowed to travel with the motorhome on the Canary Islands (Gran Canaria, Tenerife, Lanzarote, Fuerteventura, La Palma, La Gomera, El Hierro), but please note that the starting and ending point must be in Gran Canaria. It is not permitted to travel to mainland Spain or any other countries.
